G. MBANUGO UDENZE holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Nigeria in 1986, a Notary Public, a member and the National Legal Adviser of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES). He worked in the law firm of Godfrey K. J. Amachree and Co.; a firm of legal practitioners. He rose to the position of Senior Counsel before he founded this firm in 1992.

He has several years of experience in commercial law practice and litigation. He has built a strong experiential base in large financial transactions and corporate compliance following long-term company secretarial and legal representative roles in financial service, the oil & gas servicing industry and in the equipment leasing/hire-purchase sector. Mbanugo is also a key player in our oil and gas practice, with experience and deep industry knowledge facilitated by attending diploma programmes at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Dundee, UK.

He is a recognised expert in alternative dispute resolution with corporate experience in arbitration, mediation and conciliation. Mbanugo maintains excellent networks across the profession; He is a trustee of Civil Rights Concerns (CRC), a non-governmental organization at the vanguard of human and environmental rights. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institution of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and a member of Ikoyi Club 1938.

He also sits on the Board of several privately held limited companies in Nigeria. He is President of the Pension Lawyers Association of Nigeria and former President of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers. He has also been a member of the Advisory Council on the Prerogative of Mercy in Anambra State for the past four years. He is the editor of the Book; Pension Law and Practice in Nigeria (A Review of the Pension Reform Act 2004).
UDU DIEGBE holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 1992 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1993. He did his NYSC in Abuja with the FCT Police Command. He worked briefly with Chukwuma Machukwu Ume & Co. a firm of lawyers in Abuja and was the head of corporate practice.

He managed the Abuja law office of O. A. Omonuwa (SAN) & Co. He worked at the senior management level in the insurance industry for over ten years. He is in the Lagos office of the firm. He was appointed a notary public in 2005. He has valuable and extensive experience in Litigation, acquisitions, business transactions, due diligence, legal mergers, reviews and real estate transactions.
